NSP Funded Homes

NSP properties are homes purchased and rehabbed with the assistance of the City of Atlanta’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program.  Like our Workforce projects, these homes are sold to families that are bank-qualified, but they include down payment assistance in the buying process and are meant to serve families who fall within 80 – 120 percent of the Area Median Income.
