Charis Workforce Development Program

The Charis Workforce Program provides individuals with the tools that are necessary to enter the ever changing work force of today. Participants are provided soft skills training, basic computer skills and financial literacy. The workforce program identifies, then works with the individuals to eradicate barriers to employment as well as teaching interview skills, job search techniques couple with resume writing classes. Participants are then engaged in workshops that provide instruction in values clarification, conflict resolution, and dress for success.

The Charis Workforce program is a key component of the holistic approach to transitioning people from a state of uncertain living circumstances, poverty and despair to stable employment, increased financial stability, and permanent housing.
