Charis Affordable Homes
You can afford a home. Through Charis’ Affordable Homeownership program, 1st time homeowners may be eligible for 20 year, 0% interests loans. We work with families who earn 50-80% of the area’s median income. These homes are not an easy purchase. It takes discipline and work to get into one of these homes, but it is a great opportunity for the right family! Don’t wait to apply as we only build a couple of these homes each year.
