Neighborhood
We partner with one Atlanta neighborhood at a time and prefer to join communities that have invited us to work alongside them. We work with residents, churches, businesses, as well as city and county agencies, to draft and implement a master redevelopment plan that captures dreams for the community. The master plan also outlines our future work in the neighborhood.
While we adapt our work to fit the unique assets and needs of each new community, our core practices of being neighborhood focused, homeownership, intentional neighboring, and strategic partnering remain the same.
We have served over the years in Grant Park, Ormewood Park, Summerhill and East Lake. Our current target community is the historic South Atlanta Neighborhood located in NPU-Y just a mile south of Turner Field.
